We review the submitted information and may contact your clinic with questions or design confirmations. Once the case is approved, the device moves into design, fabrication, finishing, and shipping.

In most central fabrication cases, the submitting practitioner or clinic fits the device to the patient. Quorum fabricates and ships the device to your clinic for fitting, feedback, and follow-up care.

Yes. If adjustments are needed, send us fit notes, photos, patient feedback, and details about any pressure areas, trimline concerns, alignment issues, or requested changes.

Yes. We can provide product education and support for practitioners working through custom 3D printed cases.

In most cases, billing and insurance are handled by the submitting practitioner or clinic. Quorum bills the practitioner or clinic for fabrication unless the patient is receiving care directly through a Quorum clinic.
