Sean McClure
Chief Engineer
Sean McClure is the Chief Engineer at Quorum Prosthetics, where he helps guide the development of advanced prosthetic technologies designed to improve fit, function, and the patient experience.
Sean attended Colorado State University from 2016 to 2020, earning bachelor’s degrees in both Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. His multidisciplinary education provides him with a strong understanding of mechanical design, human anatomy, biomechanics, and the development of medical technologies.
At Quorum, Sean works throughout the engineering and product development process, from early concepts and digital design to prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and continued product refinement. He collaborates closely with prosthetists, technicians, engineers, and other members of the Quorum team to translate clinical needs into practical prosthetic solutions.
In his leadership role, Sean supports Quorum’s use of additive manufacturing and advanced design methods to create prosthetic devices that are durable, functional, and tailored to the needs of individual users. His combination of technical knowledge, problem solving, and hands-on engineering experience has contributed to the development and improvement of Quorum’s prosthetic technologies.
Sean’s work reflects Quorum’s commitment to combining engineering innovation with real-world clinical application to develop better solutions for people with limb loss.
