In most cases, Quorum works directly with your prosthetic provider to design and fabricate your custom 3D printed prosthetic solution. Your provider then manages insurance authorization, billing, and payment with your insurance company.

Insurance is not required if you wish to pay out of pocket. If you are receiving care directly through a Quorum clinic, our team may act as your prosthetic provider and help guide you through insurance, payment, or self-pay options.
