Meet Jerry: Patient Engagement Specialist

Hello, I’m Jerry Melaragno, a Patient Engagement Specialist with Quorum Prosthetics.

I grew up in north Denver, spent time in the military, and have always loved sports - baseball, football, and golf, which I still play today. I’m also proud to be married to my wife of 30 years, with four children and four grandchildren.

With 37 years in customer service, and 13 years as an amputee myself, I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to every patient I meet.

My role is simple but important: help patients navigate the prosthetic journey with clarity and confidence. From the first conversation to the moment they receive their device, I work alongside them for two to six months—answering questions, removing uncertainty, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

You’ll find me wherever patients are, in hospitals, rehab centers, clinics, and sometimes in the most unexpected places. No matter where the conversation starts, the goal is the same: connection, understanding, and forward momentum.

Helping people take that next step in their lives isn’t just my job—it’s what drives me. And I’m proud to be a trusted resource for those rebuilding mobility and independence.
